De De Pyaar De

De De Pyaar De Movie Reviews

Akiv Ali’s directorial debut ‘De De Pyaar De depicts the different layers of a relationship that has an age gap. Ajay played Ashish in the film, shared a secret with his friend Javed Jeffery that he is falling for a much younger girl of his age. Javed finds this strange and to this, he replied sarcastically that He and Aisha (Rakul Preet Singh) has a generation gap.

The couple meets in a very bizarre situation but slowly fell in love with each other. Ajay has done this rom-com movie after a long time. And he actually succeeds in portraying his character. Rakul looks great with Ajay and both compliment each other. Tabu’s performance is excellent as usual as she pulled off the role brilliantly. The girl who played the daughter of Ajay annoyed with her performance and jimmy shergil is also good to watch on the other hand Alok Nath doesn’t get enough space in the movie. There are various twist and turns and with the excellent humor pulled in by the director.

On the other hand, being an editor Akin ali fails to impress but the cinematography of the movie is superb. No other song is able to impress other than Vaddi Sharaban and Chale Aana. Overall De De Pyaar is a fun ride with lots of laugh out moments and a total entertainer.
